1st Access Terms of Service
1st Access is "Software As A Service." An auto-renewing one month in-app purchase subscription is required to set the timer in the 1st Access app. Subscribers also get free app updates.
Your free one-month trial period will begin at confirmation of your purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period, and your iTunes account will be charged the agreed price for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renew for any purchased subscription at any time from your iTunes Account Settings.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are managed through
your iTunes Account. You can find instructions for

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Apple Inc. Subscriptions are
delivered through Apple Inc. in accordance with their terms of
